Small version below:
It really is a very nice picture.

I've been looking at some of my pictures of Goslings (Canada Goose - Greylag Goose - Egyptian Goose) and have found a few that I think might be liked as Wallpaper. Many of the Goslings are just days old, so they might have the "cute" appeal for some. All were taken with my old camera, which was only a small sensor 12mp Panasonic, but I think they stand up pretty well to the 1920*1200 resolution.

Anyway, here's small (800px) version - if anyone wants more I'll add then to the MX19 Wallpaper section on the main site (1920*1200 version uploading now)

And I like the small pink flowers on the ground.

Thanks.

Opinions please:

One of my old cameras had a tiny and very noisy sensor, so most pics that needed cropping ending up being deleted. I did keep some that I liked (Setting, Composition, Colours, etc), even though they was noisy, and eventually decided to texturise them to use the noise as a feature... well, sort of.

So here's an example - much too noisy and not sharp enough before texturising, but does it work? Is it worth uploading as a Wallpaper? Shall I do more? ;)

Small res version below... 1920*1200 version has more defined subjects (Duck and Ducklings), and looks more like a painting.

Thanks, Jerry - I've just submitted the high res version to the MX19 Wallpaper section... will probably take a while to be approved or rejected, so you can't see it yet ;)

@ChrisUK I do not see the Ducks in post #107 in what has come in.

There was a submission titled Mother and Ducklings - texturised but this image was with it MXMallardR1920n.jpg
