Most of those packages that will be removed are related to multimedia, so I too think deb-multimedia is involved in the mess. Can you remember what was installed from there?

wine-staging-2.5 is available for download from the test repo;
What's new:
- Support for message-mode named pipes.
- Translation of version resources through po files.
- Transform feedback support in Direct3D.
- Scheduler classes in C++ runtime.
- Better scrolling in popup menus.
- More improvements to the XML reader.
- Various bug fixes.

Wine-staging is up to 2.8 in the test repo.

I also found out that it could run the Windows QEMU--I downloaded and ran a premade Raspian QEMU thingy for Windows, and it ran (slowly) Could be used for building armhf versions of our packages, though,
