wine-staging-1.9.13 is now available for download from the test repo. This latest release includes a new wine-gecko & wine-mono. Check out the vendor's site for more information. - mike

You got it, wine-staging-1.9.14 is now available for download from the test repo.
What's new in this release:

More Shader Model 5 support in Direct3D.
Some more write support in WebServices.
Performance improvements in GDI.
Some more progress towards the Direct3D command stream.
Various bug fixes.

This one upgraded without issue over my existing 1.9.13 for both 32 & 64 bit systems.

- Better 64-bit binary compatibility on macOS.
- Performance improvements in JavaScript.
- More progress towards the Direct3D command stream.
- More shader instructions in Direct3D.
- Performance improvements in GDI.
- Various bug fixes (43!).

This Qt 5 paint/comic creation program seems to run great in wine-staging: http://medibangpaint.com/en/pc/ , though it seems to be ad-supported for the free version (not too many, but I can't read them anyway) It may be better to run Krita, anyway, rather than some closed-source program from China (?), though it has some good reviews.

What's new in this release:
- Support for multiple kernel drivers in a single process.
- More WebServices reader support.
- Various improvements in joystick support.
- Some more work towards the Direct3D command stream.
- GDI performance improvements.
- Improved IME window handling.
- Compatibility fixes in the clipboard support.
- Various bug fixes.

I was able to upgrade my 64 bit desktop from 1.9.17 to this one without any issues. - mike

wine-staging-1.9.19 is available to upgrade to from the test repo.
The Wine Staging release 1.9.19 is now available.

What's new in this release:

Implementation of CIF reader and Active Setup download functionality (inseng.dll).
Allow creation of 32 bit Wine prefix in an existing directory.
Various bug fixes.

With Wine Staging 1.9.19 the WINEARCH=win32 setting is no longer ignored if the target directory already exists and wasn't used by Wine yet. The inseng.dll changes allow the DirectX web installer to work and fixes in the Setup API prevent repeated executions of the DirectX installer every time a game is started in Steam.

In addition, Wine Staging users will also benefit from the following changes merged in the development branch:

Initial version of a udev bus driver for HID.
Various improvements in joystick support.
Initial implementation of DC rendering in Direct2D.
Improved metafile support in GDI+.
Various bug fixes.
