There were no problems installing it and launching the qt version from the menu. So far it seems to be working just fine. But so many features!

Yeah, pretty wild huh!

In case anybody was wondering, a new doublecmd-help with the same version is also available.

Used doublecmd a lot in MX14, a good tool. Will download 7.0 and look at it tonight or tomorrow. Currently recovering files from daughter's old HP running Mepis11 and Win Vista. The keyboard is coming to pieces which makes for some interesting results and is stretching my patience.

Hope that you take time out to eat and sleep.

OT for Richard.
Last week we had reports of a massive tsunami at Venezuela - then I read it again to see that the post was only a system test, but still received about 20 reports about it.

:) Well, maybe that should read it's running all day.

We could sure use some water in the reservoirs,
but a tsunami would be excessive
and would drown Colombia.
Sure glad it was a system test!

Conflict with newer versions of Double Commander (click to enlarge):
DC-version-conflict.png
The image shows the conflict. I want to install doublecmd-gtk v 0.7.4+svn7058~xenial
............................................but only doublecmd gtk v 0.8.0-1mx150+1 is available.
Forcing has not worked.

DoubleCommander is now at versions

What do I need to do to be able to install the latest versions?
