It's the progress_highlight_c.png file that you would need to fiddle around with.anticapitalista wrote:Yes, what about having it some shade of blue?kmathern wrote:The orange progress indicator for the timeout doesn't really match either.

Perhaps, but my 3 year old laptop supports UEFI. If the text is much smaller I would strain to see it.dolphin_oracle wrote:and that makes some sense as its a more modern machine that would have uefi anyway.kmathern wrote:Personally I don't like for the legacy menu @800x600, the text is much too large on my 1600x900 display, I don't really want the UEFI menu to match that look.

Re: Live Grub UEFI boot menu
In Virtualbox on my machine the UEFI menu actually goes "fuller" than full screen (1920x1080, my display is 1600x900), it does automatically resize itself to fit the display when it gets to the desktop.Utopia wrote:A difference between them can be seen in Virtualbox. The UEFI menu goes full screen, while the legacy remains small. Don't know why.

The UEFI menu fits my 1600x900 display correctly when I'm running on real hardware.

Re: Live Grub UEFI boot menu
In pre-beta2 I made some changes to the live UEFI boot screen.

Agree, looks nice. Goes well with the legacy screen, a great improvement.

Re: Live Grub UEFI boot menu
edit: I used grub-emu to get the screenshot, the grub screen is at a 800x600 resolution in the screenshot above, I can take a screenshot with the grub screen set to a higher resolution if you want (might not be able to post it as an attachment though).Jerry3904 wrote:Can somebody post a screenshot?
