Some conclusions:
-while all of submirrors showed 2 upgrades, the main URL showed none -->Can it be they have a problem with setup on the main Forwarding URL/ its mirror which is outdated (in my case)!?
-The speed from my location for the main URL is considerably higher (96Kb/s) than for every of the 6 submirrors (8-11Kb/s) --> where is it located, to which actual mirror it forwards to if, not those 6 above?
-If mirrors.evowise.com is the culprit, and all the 6 prefixed sublocations are OK, would it be a solution listing them separately in mx-repo-manager instead of the main Anycast URL?
-If it is only USA having this problem with Evowise, would it be a solution to unlist the main Anycast URL and only list RO, ES, UK, IT (and forget about NY/ LA).
-The question is if they also covered other locations besides these 6 (looking at download speed difference and no upgrades at main anycast URL)

Can someone else from the USA and Europe try choosing this mirror from the repos and see if it reports errors? (wondering whether something blocking the updates in the USA particularly on these 2 mirrors in LA and NY... this is a CDN, or only manyroads has this problem)

Looks like the mirror entry for evowise is problematic only for mx repos.
I added mx repo and it is very, very slow and gives errors.
So, use a different repo until upstream maintainers get their repo fixed.

Theres's no doubt, the question is if it's fixed for everybody, and it seems to be. As I said, please report if you still see problems.
