MX 15 is still down the road, but I know AntiX 15 users are pulling from the repo, and we may as well start listing packages for MX 15.
Steve (Kodi 15.1 coming up for this repo , may not work on MX 14, though )
Should we add an MX 15/ AntiX 15 repo section yet?

Don't know where I was on this post, but don't remember seeing it. Sorry.
My take: this decision belongs in the hands of the Lead Developer.

Now that MX 15 is in active deveiopment, we really need this.
Re: Should we add an MX 15/ AntiX 15 repo section yet?
Will we see common MX15/AntiX 15 repo? I don't test my MX packages on AntiX, if somebody installs packages available by default (even though they are called MX-... ) and breaks something it's not good.

As far as I know, they're compatible.

your mx-packages work for as far as I've tested them as long as the antiX user is using the stable repo. If they use the testing repo, all bets are off.
btw, the mx-15 repo is defined but not enabled in antiX

Being a slow study. And seeing this thread is kinda in shorthand. I have no idea on what is being said, suggested, or recommended yet.AntiX 15 users are pulling from the repo
Only MX item in my AntiX 15 installs is the AntiX default MX user control center, the installer, and Stevos smtube.
Everthing else either comes from Jessie, Testing,Unstable, or Experimental.
Are you saying some AntiX users are using the Mepis CR repos in their sources.list?
I run both MX-14 and AntiX 15 (stable, testing, and Unstable).
Confused here in West Texas.

Yes, the MX-15 repos are predefined in antiX 15, so they are easy to enable in synaptic even for the newer users. And I know some users, including me, have pulled from those repos. I pulled in simplescreenrecorder from it.rokytnji.1 wrote:Being a slow study. And seeing this thread is kinda in shorthand. I mean add a section here in the forums for announcing and testing new MX 15 packages.rokytnji.1 wrote:Being a slow study. And seeing this thread is kinda in shorthand. I have no idea on what is being said, suggested, or recommended yet.AntiX 15 users are pulling from the repo

We have an MX-15 testing forum. Do you think we need another one? More might be confusing.Stevo wrote:I mean add a section here in the forums for announcing and testing new MX 15 packages.rokytnji.1 wrote:Being a slow study.
