Hi-
Is there a specific file for Crash log? Looked in var/log - could not find it.
Thanks.

Re: MX Crash Log Location?
~/.xsession-errors (not specific to MX) often contains some details related to a crashing application
Tip: If you launch a problematic application via terminal emulator (rather than via clicky icon or menu entry),
you'll have an opportunity to watch for any warning//error messages emitted.

Re: [Solved] MX Crash Log Location?
Thank you skidoo-
I thought maybe the .xession-errors was the only crash log, but wanted to be sure there was no other location. It was the desktop that was crashing, however, has not happened again.
That is very good to know about running the apps through the terminal - that suggestion I will use right away for a few entries, I saw in that file that run perfectly and yet indicate "failed". Very useful information!
