Too little, too late - the damage has already been done

Quite a lot of drama over something so trivial, eh? I didn't even notice anything, so I don't really know what the fuss was about. Less than a day and a half with no extensions? Ooh.

Hi all,

Good news for everyone.
Currently not available in the mx repos. The same status in debian stretch and buster. Unfortunately only available for sid at the moment. How long can it take to appear in the mx repo?

I wonder what they broke this time in 66.0.4 since the developers at Mozilla don't check their work. 9_9

I suspect you're right about this. I personally love FF and I'm really shocked that they missed something so key. I actually NEED some of my plugins for work so it wasn't an option for me to wait for their fix.

Fortunately, I was able to fix the issue in about 5 minutes by changing a couple of settings in about:config so it didn't affect me much. However, I bet they lost a lot of users during this and they didn't need that given that almost everyone uses Chrome or one of its derivatives. :(

I'm hoping they can recover from this without too much user base loss.
