Headphone jack is not working suddenly.

I got mx 18 kernel 4.19 and one day suddenly my heaphone jack does not work anymore, i am sorry i probably dont know what other details to provide, only thing that i know is that its not hardware failure.

Can you open PulseAudio Volume Control (right-click the speaker icon > Open mixer) and take a screen capture of the last tab "Output Devices" when music is playing and they are plugged in?
