Welcome to the forum. May I ask you to suppress your use of capitals please? It makes things hard to read, and is considered rude.

Your CPU requires a non-PAE kernel. This is included with the 32-bit version of MX, and must be selected at the first boot screen.

For more information, read section 2.1.1 of the manual.

Test machines:
32-bit non-PAE - Thinkpad T41, 1.6GHz Pentium M, 1GB RAM.
32-bit PAE - DELL Latitude D610, 1.73GHz Pentium M, 2GB RAM.
64-bit - Lenovo T61, 2GHz Core 2 Duo, 2GB RAM
64-bit - Gigabyte Z77P-D3, Intel i3-3220, GeForce 8400 GS, 4GB PC3-12800.

That has nothing to do with the ability of MX to run on your machine. MX is one of the few remaining distributions to support non-PAE processors.

Download the latest 32-bit version, and at the opening screen down-arrow once to the line that mentions non-PAE, then press Enter.

Enjoy!

There is only one download for 32-bit. That version contains a PAE kernel, which will be the one which would be used by default, and a non-PAE kernel, which you select at the first screen that appears when you boot. As you say, there is only one download for both versions.

If you then decide to install, it will use whichever kernel you have used whilst running live.

Hope this makes things more clear - section 2.1.1 of the manual should help also.
