Only three Windows 10 related partitions are also being mounted, asking for the root password, in pop-up windows, coming one after each other, with 5 seconds interval and need to be canceled.
You can enable password-less mount's in mx-tweak -> other
probably also adjust settings in Thunars automounter.
Not sure why internal disk/partions are seen by thunar as external medium to automount.
Gigabyte Z77M-D3H, Intel Xeon E3-1240 V2 (Quad core), 32GB RAM,

I tried Thunar Preferences, Advanced tab.
There are two possibilities to avoid the mounting requests for the partitions:
1) Switch off Medium control.
2) If Medium control is on, then you can Configure it:
Storage tab: Remove the first selection (Mount removable media when these are connected).

In both cases there is no pop-up after mounting a media card, but the removable media will be mounted with partprobe.
For me both are good solutions for the dual system configuration i have :-)
