try running 'sudo apt update' first...that will update the repos...then run 'sudo apt dist-upgrade'

Asus Prime X470-Pro | AMD Ryzen 5 1400 (8 threads)
16 Gig DDR4 3000 | nVidia - GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Samsung 970 NVMe SSD | 860 500GB SSD

you should be able to reinstall w32codecs with mx-codecs.

w32codecs is not in our repo. mx-codecs pulls it from deb-multimedia.

you could also download and install manually from here: https://www.deb-multimedia.org/pool/non ... 2_i386.deb
http://www.youtube.com/runwiththedolphin
lenovo ThinkPad T530 - MX-18
lenovo s21e - MX-18, antiX-17.3.1 (live-USB)
FYI: mx "test" repo is not the same thing as debian testing repo.
