Also look to find alsa-base deb package . Suppose that this package remove some other conflict packages.
Reboot to see if the the chages are saved.
OP's issue was about midi sound played in wine, which is a special sound issue. So even with a working alsa/pulseaudio combo midi in wine is problematic to get passed from wine to alsa/pulseaudio.
