New translations of Users Manual

Full translations of the Users Manual into French and German will come through with the next update/upgrade. Anyone whose selected default language is one of those two should find that Alt-F1 will bring up the Manual in their own language.
Great work by our volunteer translators!

Pshaw! Our new system works pretty well, Gordon, now that you and I have it figured out.
Can a French and German user
please confirm the presence and function of the new translations. (Let me know if I goofed up...)

BTW: I don't have the "Manuals" link at the top of the Forum page set up yet for the new translations b/c I am on the road and need to be home (tomorrow) to do that.
