Complete German translation of Manual now available

Many thanks to François Noseda and Andreas Rudin, two Swiss users, who have produced a high-quality German translation of the Users Manual for MX 16.1 that is now available by clicking on the "Manuals" tab at the top of the page and then the link for Other languages.
