how to change the name of the respin

For issues with MX that has been modified from the initial install. Example: adding packages that then cause issues.

Ok. I could change the UEFI boot screen (I modified iso-template). Now the only thing that is missing is the "Welcome to MX Linux 18 Continuum!"
But... on the other hand I think I can kind of live with that
