Can't install MX Workbench 18.3

Hi- I can't find an installer on the MX Workbench 18.3 x64. Is it supposed to have installer or is it for USB flash drive only?
It's not meant to be installed, that's why I removed the installer. It's in the README.
If you do want something similar installed on disk, you can just get a list of stuff that is listed here over regular MX-17.1: https://github.com/AdrianTM/workbench-d ... install.sh
