KDE appearance problems in MX-16

I've had a couple of appearance problems using KDE in MX-16. Firefox bookmarks lost their icons for folders and some tooltips were unreadable due to wrong combinations of background and text. I got the folder icons back by installing kde-config-gtk-style. After logging out and back in, System Settings - Application Appearance gained a GTK option. Selecting a GTK theme resulted in the return of the folder icons in Firefox. No amount of altering system settings had any effect beforehand. I also got some improvement in tooltips readability.

I hope this helps someone if they have similar problems using KDE, and I hope someone can make even more improvements.

When I installed KDE it did not work 100% perfectly either, but still mostly OK. I felt maybe certain files from ~ maybe had been dropped or something...
