I have been using kwin for some time. I like the window and desktop presentation features. And you retain most features of XFCE. In essence it looks and acts like XFCE except for some minor points. I retain the XFCE panel and all appearance settings. To be clear it is not KDE just some additional desktop switching options.Thanks for the guide. it may give some additional tips.
