Edit:Have at last managed to rename the file.

How were we supposed to know that that file should be removed?
How should we remove it? Thunar does not allow me to remove (or rename) it.

Edit: The notifier says 7 updates available, but synaptic shows just six.

I am getting this "error" on MX installed on AspireONE netbook.
Printer is networked Kyocera FS-1010 using the manufacturer's driver (which MX found for me) and printing seems to work in spite of the "error".

Posting from livecd on an old Dell 4100. This is the third machine so far that appears to like the livecd, but I have not been able to get printing to work.???
