Yeah, but would the 15 version be severely and dangerously out of date like using an unsupported version of 'buntu?

I stopped using Firefox when they introduced that nonsense that stopped most add ons working. Waterfox is in the repos and is just like the old style Firefox.

Thanks. I'm not complaining, I find MX very easy to use after Mint and LMDE, although the names are still somewhat confusing. Personally I find Clementine to be a real pain in the backside, quite often starting up when I don't want it to, also the way items in the menus select themselves.

If you search the Whisker menu for 'file manager' it comes up as File Manager. It's described in the menu as 'Thunar File Manager'. Hovering over a panel shortcut shows 'File Manager'. I'm not sure how it could be clearer. In the Whisker menu, each item has a reasonably clear description of its fun...
