Re: Thunderbird deposting temp files on desktop [Solved]

Re: Thunderbird deposting temp files on desktop [Solved]

I think I found it. In my opinion the file permissions are wrong. It has Owner: root and Group: root Access for both is Read &Write. What say you? I just set Group: to Mauser and sent a test E-mail and it worked.
Thank you.

Re: Thunderbird deposting temp files on desktop [Solved]

This is what mine says. Because of MX forum size restrictions I posted a link of my screen shot https://imgur.com/wsPaznJ As for file permissions I can't find where that folder is even though I have show hidden files. I don't see any thunderbird in bin. If I look for it through my screen shot it wil...

Re: Thunderbird deposting temp files on desktop [Solved]

Where is the startup folder? This is what I get from the terminal. mktemp /tmp/tmp.8LTsZ1ZA0w QSI has absolutely nothing to do with this because this issue also happens with Windows as reported all over the Internet and even happened when I use to used MX21. I will post QSI anyway. System: Kernel: 6...
