That looks pretty easy, since both that release and the current rkhunter are in Debian testing. Wait just a bit...

The latest 2.10.2 release has now landed in our test repo, along with the 0.1.50 libbabl and 0.4.2 libgegl libraries that the update requires. I believe it is possible, but I think you may have to swap in a different, custom mimetypes file when you start up a specific desktop.
