You have AV Linux, so this query should be in the forum section for that modified version of MX. The GA106 sound output is from the Nvidia card.

Do you also run the MX Fluxbox desktop? If not, you could remove its menu generator, which is causing the issue.

It depends on which LTS kernel you are wanting. On MX23, the 6.1 kernel in standard MX will auto update when Debian updates it.

Yes, without the QSI, we can only speculate they may only be insane in the membrane.
We also need to know what versions of VBox are installed on the host, and if the guests have the guest additions ISO installed and compiled.

Please, the OP wants an XY graph, not a single axis bar, showing the power use versus time, just as in the picture they supplied. I suppose the wattage could be calculated from the drop in battery level over that interval. I have a realtime CPU wattage display on my KDE taskbar, for this laptop righ...

As for overall battery "health", QSI shows the battery condition:
Though it seems that some Conky guru could easily create a Python script to create a battery usage graph.
