Re: MX-17.1/MX-18.1 package request: "bluez-alsa" (also known as BlueALSA)

Just noted that https://github.com/Arkq/bluez-alsa gives a special hint about how to package this for Debian -based distributions: If you are using Debian-based distribution, take a look at the .travis.yml file (https://github.com/Arkq/bluez-alsa/blob/master/.travis.yml), it might give you a hint ab...

Thanks for that valuable link, which – strangely enough –my colleague didn't find with any search engine.

I'll mark this thread "SOLVED".

SOLVED: "PrintSir Plus PS-1203" Parallel-Port-to-Ethernet adapter: Required voltage?

@all: I need to print to an old printer that has a Parallel Port only, so a friend lent me the above-mentioned adapter. Unfortunately he wasn't sure about which of the many old mains adapters he has in his giant spare parts box is the right one for this device . The device itself doesn't have any in...

Re: Inkjet paper which can cope with high air humidity: Recommendations?

j2mcgreg, Richard: @j2mcgreg, I agree with the desiccant idea and container. Take out for each use, or a few at a time. Depends on the work flow. Thanks , that sounds like a very smart workaround . Apparently there even are silica gel packages on the market that can be reused after having dried them...

Good idea, but apparently he's already done that, to no avail. Greetings, Joe
