That is irritating. I have somewhat the opposite my bank blocks if I am using a VPN. As does Imgur.

This is a better option to attach images rather than the native attachment method. it helps to moderate the size of the Forum database.

I installed MX 23 KDE version from the original ISO. Since then I have made several snapshots. QSI shows the date of the original ISO not any snapshot. That is how it should be and how it is.
