Re: Raspberry 4

Nope. Raspberry is an ARM processor. MX-Linux is only available for x86 type processors.

Re: any character map applications in MX?

If you select Latin in the left pane you can find the character you want in the right pane. Double click on it and it appears in the test to copy pane so you can copy & paste it in. This is OK for wingdings, but it's obviously better to set up the Compose key and learn the syntax for it if you're go...

Re: MX Often Hanging at Boot on SysV...

Just a thought. Did you use the Windows 7 tool to resize your Windows partition, or gparted? I've seen a variety of issues with ntfs partitions shrunk with gparted. It's not common for one to work properly in Windows & error in Linux afterwards but that "invalid offset" along with the other report w...

Re: Is there a core.iso version for antix 17.2?

That's because 17.4 is the current version. It uses the same base as 17.2. If you apt-get upgrade 17.2 you get 17.4 so why not start with 17.4?

However, if there's some reason you need the older one it is archived here:

Re: Updated Version of fldigi & flrig please?

The latest versions of: fldigi/flarq flrig flmsg flamp fllog & the fxmlrpc library are now available in the MX-17/18 Test repository. Of course not every mirror will have updated yet since most are on 6 or 12 hour update frequencies. Oddly enough, nobody seems to have packaged fllog in a deb before ...

Re: Updated Version of fldigi & flrig please?

Awesome, how is MX-19 coming along?
It's very usable already - but as in every development cycle there are these iterative find issue/trial fix/test/repeat cycles so something is always changing. Really nothing out of the ordinary for a new version.

Re: Packages being worked on by the Repo Team

libffmpegthumnailer built against the MX-17 Test repo's ffmpeg for Test, to fix SpaceFM.

SpaceFM in MX-17 main was uninstallable if ffmpeg had been upgraded from the Test repo because the libffmpegthumbnailer in stretch main was incompatible with the updated ffmpeg.
