Don't have a "!" on the buttons, but there is one on the extension name itself and the version number is the same as the one you list.

Tools, Add-ons, Get Extensions and search for "Buttons!", the version number you want is 0.5.3.2, you will need to save it as a file and then click the install button and point it to the file, to use it right click on the tool bar and choose Customize and add the buttons "Previous!" and "Next!" to ...

I think they are still borked, which they have been for a long time. You can use the letters "b" and "f", and I have found that after using one of those the back button becomes operational, but I have never gotten beyond that.
