Yes, I was referring to XFCE. Sorry I know nothing about i3. Have you tried xrandr as this link suggests?

In XFCE dpi is easily set in Settings Manager/Appearance/Fonts.

EDIT: There is also a wiki article for high resolution displays.

Tor and Privoxy are available via the MX Package Installer/Popular Applications/Network. I am not sure of the release number, the configuration or if the browser is included as I messed with it some time ago and just opted for a VPN. The Tor browser is available from their website and should install...

Yes, highly unlikely breakage will occur from the MX test repo. The confusion I was referring to was with the MX Package Installer/MX Test Repo. At least two reviewers have conflated the it with the Debian test repo. We had a long discussion on dev forum about how to call it to make it clear(er), w...

One of the better and detailed explanations I have seen. There seems to be a common confusion on this issue. Even reviewers get it wrong with a different wrinkle, thinking that the test repo is the Debian Buster repo.

I think it's because I left Win for good right after WinXP that I find articles with a Win focus uninteresting. :( I like MX Linux but not because it looks or behaves 'anything' like Windows. I think it is excellent in its own right. (Just an old opinionated guy... sorry.) Perhaps uninteresting for...
