I have verified on my system it is the icon set. If you do not want the light bulb icons try the default icon set. which I think is one of the papirus themes.

Read the same, but there is so much misinformation on the web who knows for sure. In any case I am not using it. I find it hard to believe mere curiosity about it is a Federal offense.
I thought the relay set you up as one of links in the network for others to use, in other words one of the nodes. From my reading my interpretation was you do not need to be a node to access one.
