Added the rules files as stated in link. restarted udev. No luck.

It states
REQUIREMENTS
Python with PyGTK bindings, GTK, git, and the Android SDK.


Are these installed by default in MX 16.1.

Nothing in the rules file. I will look at the link you posted. Phone shows up as a device in Thunar but no files listed.

On MX 16,1. I did not see a version for it so downloaded the MX 15 version. Does not display the phone, indicating No devices found and "Loading" continuously. Phone debug mode activated. Android version 6.0 on LG V10,

Site Restore

We have restored the MX Help Forum from a backup. Posts after about 7:30 AM on Thursday 21st September were lost. However, all others were restored. Thank you all for your patience during this unfortunate incident.

Getting this error when trying to fix a broken package in Synaptic:

I think because text can be automatically captured by search engines and malicious bots, whereas a screenshot would take a human to read and manually type out in order to capture. I think his inxi switches are meant to leave out personally identifiable information from the result. Still don't get i...

Be aware that we have limited database space for image screenshots. From my standpoint text with code tags is the better method for the forum for textual information. I discourage their use for information such as inxi output.
