DW's definition is of their making and arbitrary. I would not put much stock in it, although others will and will attract users to MX as Richard said.

A cron job can be used for sysvinit boot to run fstrim.
By default MX sets up a cron job to run fstrim once per week. The log is in /var/log/trim.log.

When on the Forum we recommend your VPN be disabled, Frequently the VPN lands on an IP that is in one of the spam databases we check. If found in one of the spam databases you may be banned.
This is mostly for new users that have not been vetted by a long term Forum posting history.

Pretty much he same for me. If I get occupied with something when the notifier turns green I then update. But always soon after I come out of suspend.

In Master PDF I just highlight the text with the mouse, right click and select copy. It places the text into the clipboard.

Master PDF Editor allows copying text. It is available in MX Package Installer> Popular Applications under Office.
