Yes, you can use xscreenlocker or install light-locker. If you decide to use xscreenlocker you need to select "Lock Scree After" checkbox and set a number of minutes (that's the number of minutes after it blanks the screen, so if you set 1 minute you can still wake up the screen for one mi...

Cool, I'm excited about this upgrade, it will improve things a lot. You'll realize how crappy the program was. I actually watched some reviews and cringed at how long it took to "update package list", I fixed that.

Here's a good place as any to discuss the name, not sure if we are going to do a codename for the point release (we'll release soon an MX-17.1 update with kernel patched for Meltdown).

MX names are non-political by design. We could have tried Red Horizon :) BTW, we are trying to be non-political here because people have different political orientations but what matter here is the technology and it's a pity to get in useless and time consuming debates about stuff that's not direct...
