Re: How To Stop Trackpad Behaving Erratically & How To SysD - dummy On AntiX?

I don't know about the back button in the browser but our desktop and file manager are single-click. You can easily change those to double click in MX Tweak. The other thing different from MX and debian xfce is we use a /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/synaptics.conf file to work with touchpads but it shouldn't...

Re: REQUEST? MX Tools - Control Panel - CP removal possible?

Pretty good thoughts. I've often wondered about this one, but in the opposite direction, combining the mx-tools into the Settings app. But some of the mx-tools aren't Settings apps (those that are do appear in the Settings/Xfce Control Panel). So goes the evolution of the current setup, keeping the ...

Re: Trinity Desktop Spin?

not by the dev team, but I imagine such a thing could be built on top of antiX-core and then the snapshot utility used to make an iso.

you would need a source for trinity deb packages.

Re: REQUEST ... Adjustment to Installer for foreign Keyboards

Just to point out, we did more than consider the keyboard changes...we had already changed it before the OP made his original post, which reinforces the decision to move the keyboard selection. The changes just haven't made it to the users yet because we are waiting for...new translations! So there ...

Re: xfce panel won't start on install usb nor on install onto hdd

* I'll check the ISO integrity. I know I should do this every time, but... Well, lazies gonna lazy. * I still have a home folder on my Bodhi partition (not an issue, right?), but I don't THINK I saved anything from the antiX install that was previously on the partition. I can try a reinstall and ma...

Re: xfce panel won't start on install usb nor on install onto hdd

did you save your home folder from a previous install or anything like that? the systemd-login message is expected and of no consequence. but you should be booting to either lightdm or an xfce desktop.
