Re: MX-17 Beta 2 Feedback

MX Tweak, Theme tab. Didn't know what "Nichi (horizontal)" was, and there is nothing in the Help file about it (which we have to update anyway). So I tried it, and got a vertical panel broken up into squares. yes, its for a horizontal panel...and the vertical one is for a vertical panel. ...

Re: MX-17 Beta 2 Feedback

17b2 is awesome........ :number1: Isn't it funny how words get twisted around over time? Awe-some = Some awe ; Awful = Full of awe. Having jumped around for a long time from distro to distro, and most recently, to be greatly impressed with the outcome of Solus 3 and then Ubuntu Budgie (which i find...

Re: MX-17 Beta 2 Feedback

Just so folks are aware, at some point a lightdm upgrade is going to come down. during the upgrade, you may be asked what to do with a script in /etc/init.d/ (/etc/init.d/lightdm) . Re: MX-17 Beta 2 Feedback

The sound worked perfect with MX16 but doesn't work on MX17beta2 64 bit. Dell Latitude E5400. This is an issue with several new distros I've tried so not your problem exclusively. I tried the fallback 4.10 kernel and same. This beta works very well otherwise. I guess my puter is growing old. Thanks...

Re: MX-16.x/MX-17: How do you change the "TX Power" value?

@all: Jurisdictions in a number of countries allow higher tx-power ("WiFi strength") than other countries. The range seems to start at 60 dBm for some countries and end at 4000 dBm in other countries. How can you adjust the TX Power value manually, so that you comply with the regulations ...
