There is not a propretiery amd driver anymore. Amd now uses and open source driver which is already included. (amdgpu)

yes, the RC will update and show as current Quick_system_update (also known as inxi -F). the date of the iso used for original install is not changed. That way we can tell what iso was used if necessary. The dev team has one more private release that the public didn't get, so that version also updat...

We cand do a little diagnosing from the liveusb. 1st thing to try is the failsafe boot option, which will force a fallback video driver. If that works, it would also carry over to an installed system. Providing some additional details of your system, specifically in this case what video.driver is in...

I installed the Trash plugin for Spacefm. It shows under plugins, but it doesn't work. If you used our nvidia-installer tool, try this

sudo ddm-mx -p nvidia


That should remove everything.

Although I got to admit that sounds like a strange problem.

The icons in the notification are are set smaller than the rest of the panel by defualt, in case that helps you.
