Your laptop is ten years old and the most likely cause of the over heating problem is that it needs ans interior cleaning (dust build up is a insulator). This video shows you how to open the case and clean the fan;

I suggest that you search for a Linux Users Group (LUG) in your area. They would be able to give you the hands on help with the bios that we can't.

Looking more closely I also see that the time does not correspond to my location and that it does not admit changes, it return to its configuration .... I think that you should install one of the Liquorix kernels that are available via MXPI. Modern machines just work better with them as opposed to the Debian kernels.
