Does running the July snapshot live have the same problem? If not, then you could consider renaming your installed folder ~/.config/pulse/ to something like ~/.config/pulse_BAK/ then copying the ~/.config/pulse/ folder from the LiveUSB to the installed location in Home. Not sure I understand either, but you might try looking at Passwords and Keys, installed by default, where you can set up a keyring.
