well - technically, you would just point the MX installer to that partition '/dev/nvme01p4 ext4 100gb linux mint", and select the option to erase & install into that same partition, then click on Next to continue with the installation. otherwise, you could also do as suggested by the above contribut...

it does seem a bit strange, if the files seem to be there on the windows partition.,
& which does show that the Windows Partition is intact & allowable.

as typically, this issues, is mainly due to Fast start being enabled on the win-10 system.

that Google Earth, is surely one of those programs, that you keep the *.deb file,
in a safe place on your backup drive - - so you don't have to go through this routine, again,

it one of my, more recent acquisitions, I've obtained an TP-Link TL-WN721N
& this does work OOB on just about all of my Linux Systems.

it wasn't that expensive on eBay either.
