i3 works fine on antiX using default stable repos. Post your repo list (inxi -r)

Actually, we can fix this for antiX since the version of icewm is from our repo. I made a copy of the pt_br.po file and called it pt.po. The problem is that those menu entries are translated via the IceWM package, and there is no pt translation.
