Re: synaptic pkg mgr news: reintroduced in Debian10 Buster

Good ... but they added zenity as a dependency! So I built a version for antiX buster/testing/sid that removes that dependency.
Should hit the repos soon.

Re: What init system do you use on MX, the default (sysVinit) or systemd?

But why, mommy? We're on a roll, trading notes and learnin' stuff and eveeebody can see the poll is available and vote if they wanna Start a new thread if you want to discuss init systems. Re: More from Dedo

To add to my example. Debian LTS team for jessie offers support from 17th June 2018 to June 30, 2020. After that date, they might just shut own the repo, or they might continue it. No-one really knows. MX team offers support for MX-15 jessie to June 30, 2020 at least. The MX package team may continu...

Re: copyrights on mxlinux ?

Re: More from Dedo

An example might suffice - MX-15, released 24 Dec 2015, is based on Debian jessie and is still receiving updates from both Debian (LTS) and MX repos.

Re: MX 17/18 Repository: The Liquorix Kernel Thread

anticapitalista Any hope uploading the 390.116 to antiX repo (No biggie if not). Many repo's in the antiX list not even working. Been deleting them from the list. Thanks According to this all the mirrors are working fine. Post your antix.list https://antixlinux.com/mirmon-packages/
