asks for the user password
it executes command

is it possible to upgrade the command, that so execution would

keyboard shortcut // shift+F1 doesnt work
other shoftcuts at shift Fx do work:
sudo pm-hibernate, sudo poweroff etc
is there any particular explanation for that, and solution?
