Also, do check to make sure your printer is supported. Not all HP printers are supported in Linux. Here's the supported list:

gbhollr I always mirror my screens and just play with the display size until I get it just right. After you reboot, the system remembers the configuration. At least for me. Version 4.2.5 is in the enabled/stable repos and in the test repos is version 4.6x. I use 4.6 and it works fine for me
