Re: Little Help please..Installasion of USBPICPROG

I've got 1.5-4 sources from its PPA modernized, some problems with it fixed, rebuilt and working on MX 17.1. Let me see if I can also build it for MX 15/16, then I can upload it for the test repo.

Re: Request: xserver-xorg-core 2:1.19.6-1 from Debian Buster/Testing

All seems well, however I know this approach is generally considered risky. Tom Naturally nuts no pharmaceuticals required If you consider maybe one chance in ...

I built Iridium with our clang-5.0 5.0.1 on Stretch, but I couldn't backport that version to MX 15 to see if I could build Iridium with it there. I backported clang-4.0 to MX 15, but got build failures using it to try and build Iridium...so I'm going to see if I can backport the new 5.0 5.0.2 releas...

Re: Power Saving improvements from Fedora 28

No, iuvolt does not require the p_state governor be running, just an third-gen Intel processor or above. I use it with both Debian-style and Liquorix kernels, and "sudo i7z" shows that Vcore does drop by the amount I specify. BTW, -170 mv caused a few lockups after some hours on my i7, so I backed o...

Re: Package Request: Temps

Since it's an Electron app, which means it's written in nodejs and bundles a version of Chromium to run it, it's going to be around a 35 MB download plus whatever size it extracts to on disk; probably well over 100 MB. So we could put it into deb files for the repo pretty easily...it's just that the...
