Right now mxpi installs wine-staging and wine-staging-compat.

What should it.be installing.besides winehq-staging?

Winehq-staging should be enough, IMO.

Re: MX 17 Repository: The Virtual Box Thread

Virtual Box 5.2.6, backported from upstream Debian with the patch to support 4.15 kernels, is now in the test repository, along with matching virtual-guest-iso and virtualbox-ext-pack packages. It was build on standard MX 17, so shouldn't have any issues if we move it to main.

Re: wine installation troubles

Maybe we'll see some wine-staging updates now that Wine 3.0 has been released. I don't see any github action, though. Wine-staging builds fine with pbuilder the last time I did it, BTW.

Re: MX 17 Repository: The VLC Thread

We now have VLC 3.0 release candidate 6, backported from Sid, in our test repository. Re: [Solved] Patched Kernal Problems

I will look at the 375.82 Nvidia driver package available for MX 16. Possibly it needs a patch for the 4.14 kernel...we know it's working for the 4.14 kernels in MX 17.

No, the version in the main MX 17 repo is the same as the version in the MX 16 test repo: 375.82-9.

Re: MX-17: Please provide the latest stable version of Marble (2.2.0)

I see you tried the Marble in the test repo; what version does that report? Upstream Debian has a slightly newer version now, so I'll put that on the to-do list.

Re: Packages being worked on by the Repo Team

@Stevo: RetroShare 0.6.3 Cool! Thanks so much! Greetings, Joe Yes, I'm improving and removing cruft from the PPA build procedure, too. The retroshare devs say that libsqlcipher0 3.2.0 in Stretch will make the program crash, so I backported the fixed upstream 3.4.1 version and making sure our Retros...
