Yes, no account is necessary to add and use the repo. Some of the pages that the OBS interface generates require you be logged into the OBS to download files, but you can easily go into the repository and download the files directly without signing in, too: https://download.opensuse.org/repositories...

32-bit builds fail, which I seem to remember they also did years ago, with a "virtual memory exhausted: can not allocate memory" error, even though they are using real memory in Virtual Box. Update: this is one of the ones that fails to build in my convenient and faster pbuilder setup, but it did succeed on the first 64-bit build in Virtual Box after a long compile process. Now setting up a 32-bit build.

You actually need linux-image 4.18.8 and linux-headers 4.18.8, or you can use the "kernel" section in the Package Installer to install 4.18.6 from stretch-backports, or the latest Liquorix kernel from our test repo--we should have a 4.18.9 version in there soon.
