Re: MX Linux is in 3rd place
Like i said here, these rankings doesn't say anything since they are based on view per page. The Distrowatch ranking doesn't say anything about the amount of MX Linux users, downloads per day/month/year.

Re: MX Linux is in 3rd place
Please keep in mind that the ranking is based upon view per page . It is not a reliable benchmark. You will find out that with every new release of a distro, it ranking will also go up in that list. Re: MX is now #3 on DistroWatch over 7 days
First thing the usually disclaimer, that doesn't mean much, but at the same time I'm excited that there's interest even without a new release. Re: Removal of software
To all, Thanks for your reply! The reason i want to remove some applications is for the plain reason it will never be used, so why keep it installed? I have removed some applications of which i know it will never be used. Others i just hide it in the menu if that particular application has some &quo...

Removal of software
Hi all, I have installed MX Linux on my daughters (8-years old) laptop. But with MX Linux comes a lot of stuff my daughter or me will never use. How safe is it to remove applications? I like to keep the MX tools/utilities software since i find this a neat replenishment to MX Linux. Any applications ...
