i meant it in way how close its to standard debian since i had trouble of sometimes installing stuff because of how its not point to point with packages

I got thought today of getting back mx linux on my machine but i am unsure because last time i used it i had sometimes stumbled into issue like not be able to satisfy dependencies no matter what because either repos were outdated or there just wasnt package and i just got into impossible loophole.
