automatically mounted when the PC is turned on
So, in my humble opinion, Disk Manager is what he needs (or directly edit /etc/fstab), as richb said. Not MX tweak.
Thanks Laurentius, your opinion was correct.
I solved using Disk Manager.

Re: I can not automatically mount internal disk

Run Disk Manager and check the drive you want mounted under the enabled column. This is Disk Manager with my drives. That is what I use. You can also edit /etc/fstab as root with the correct parameters, but Disk Manager is easier. Thanks Rich, doing as you said the disk now mounts automatically and...

MX Tools>Tweak>Other has a check box to allow normal users to mount an internal disk.

Chris
I think I found what you were saying. Attached the screen, as you can see is enabled "mounts removable devices connected", and in any case mine is an internal disk, not an external disk.

Thanks for the reply, but in Mx-Tools I can not find anything related to disk management. Maybe I misunderstood me? Attached to the Mx-Tools screen.

[SOLVED] I can not automatically mount internal disk

Hi, I have an internal magnetic disk that I use as data store (MX is installed on another SSD disk). Whenever I want to access the internal disk used as data store, I am asked for the root password and the disk is not mounted automatically, although I have set the auto-mount option. Is it possible t...

[SOLVED] Re: mx-system 18.11.04 package not installable
